Superintendent, Senior Pastor Victor B. Rountree

Is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Endure To The End Ministries Church of God in Christ, Inc. He has been in ministry for over twenty-eight years. He has served as the pastor of Upper Room Church COGIC in Korea. He served as Assistant Pastor for six years to Gospel Outreach Ministries in Grand Forks, ND, and Associate Pastor to Grace Covenant in Albuquerque, NM. He served our nation as a 30-year Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Pastor Rountree has earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a father of three and a mentor and pastor to many. In 2017, he retired as the Budget Officer at Offutt AFB, NE.
